Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure knowledge of Colony Grill menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Engage guests to customize service and address special requests.
  • Take food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Enter orders accurately in POS system.
  • Deliver food/drink items while providing exceptional hospitality.
  • Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Colony Grill menu items and preparation methods.
