Installation Specialist

The Installation Specialist plays a vital role in the success of our Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair team. This individual will work closely with the Crew Leader to ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining high quality standards while promoting efficiency and safety.

• Installations
• Loading trucks before departure to guarantee all necessary equipment is on board.
• Executing high-quality installations, ensuring on-time project completion.
• Fostering open communication with the Crew Leader and other team members.
• Suggesting improvements to enhance job quality, efficiency, or safety.

  Requirements
  • Prior knowledge of construction or related trades is beneficial.
  • Operational experience with equipment and power tools is an asset.
  • Ability to operate phones, apps, and tablets efficiently.
  • Effective reading comprehension and writing skills in English.
  • Diploma or GED preferred, along with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly.
  • Prolonged standing and ability to move around with ease.
  • A valid driver's license (and/or CDL) with a good driving record is required.

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
