Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Linden Grove Health Care Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and their families.

About the Role:
  • Deliver a full range of nursing care to residents, including completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments, writing and revising plans of care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive the highest quality care and services.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and promote a culture of safety and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and records, and ensure the confidentiality of all resident care information.
Requirements:
  • RN with current licensure to practice in the state of [state].
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality-of-care standards for residents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
  • Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience.
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).
