- Prioritization and Time Management: Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and enhancement requests, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and peers.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate ad-hoc and routine reports, and transform disparate data into meaningful analysis to support business decision-making.
- Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data mart design, documentation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Documentation and Communication: Prepare documentation related to dashboards and reports, and communicate the impact and solutions of application/system problems in business language.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience, including data mart design, documentation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong customer service focus, good organization skills, and ability to prioritize multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Database Experience: Hands-on expertise with database services, including database design, capacity planning, and capacity management.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and peers, and to demonstrate experience with system design, capacity planning, and capacity management.
- Certification: Job-relevant industry certification.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced technical environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple activities and meet deadlines.
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,240.00 - $181,896.00.
