This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage Generative AI and build the next generation of learning experiences for our customers. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll focus on Model Deployment, including tasks necessary to turn prototypes into production models.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop data pipelines to produce inputs for training and inference in both online and offline contexts.
- Orchestrate model training and inference jobs, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
- Work on post-inference tasks, integrating model output with engineering systems.
- Develop and maintain full-stack internet-scale web applications on AWS, emphasizing RESTful APIs, infrastructure as code, and test automation.
- Establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis, machine-learning model development, and model validation and serving.
- Enhance observability and logging mechanisms to identify and troubleshoot issues.
As a Software Development Engineer, you'll collaborate with peers, UX-Designers, and Product Managers to build delightful experiences for our customers. You'll create new cloud-native services and capabilities to meet emerging needs, operating existing systems at AWS scale to ensure high-security standards, operational excellence, and scalability.
This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week every two months. We work to ensure our systems are fault-tolerant, and when issues arise, we resolve the root cause to prevent repeated incidents.
Requirements- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
