Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in a SNF or LTC setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
