GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Pharmacist is tasked with the preparation and distribution of medications and pharmaceutical resources for both inpatient and outpatient services within the healthcare network.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education/
Necessary Skills: 1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy & New York State Registered Pharmacist certification is mandatory. 2. Experience in Hospital Pharmacy is advantageous. 3. Proficiency in computer systems is preferred.
As necessary, the individual will possess training and competency in addressing the unique needs and behaviors pertinent to the age groups of the patients receiving care.
Work Schedule:
Primary shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM; Secondary shifts: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
