Caregiver Wanted for Home Care Services

Clementine Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide personal care to clients in the Bala Cynwyd, PA area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as preparing meals and hygiene
  • Work 4-12 hour shifts, as available
  • Genuinely connect with clients and their families

What We Offer:

  • Competitive wages - $18.00 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level)
  • Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases
  • Full/part time available
  • Paid Time Off
  • Holiday incentive pay
  • Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company's discretion to all employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements
  • Free uniforms provided

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification
  • CPR certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
