Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including skilled occupational therapy services and interventions, in accordance with physician orders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care goals and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist/OT or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
