Key Responsibilities
  • Create and track key benchmarks for the dealership, including vehicle sales, service contracts, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement financing plans and payment options for customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ethical standards
  • Coordinate with lending institutions to facilitate financial transactions
  • Prepare loan documentation and finalize financial transactions
  • Provide support to the sales manager and salespeople to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Maintain inventory of finance department supplies
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline preferred
  • At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience required
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency required
  • AFIP Certification considered a plus
