Descripción del Puesto:
Como parte de Trinity Health, Holy Cross Hospital es un hospital docente católico sin fines de lucro que opera en el espíritu de las Hermanas de la Misericordia.

Este puesto es por demanda, con turnos que varían de 5:30 am a 9 am y de 1 pm a 9:30 pm de lunes a viernes, además de cada otro fin de semana de 12 del mediodía a 8:30 pm. Este puesto se encuentra en la Oficina de Personal Clínico de Holy Cross Hospital.
  • Colabora con el equipo de gestión de enfermería en la dotación y programación del personal de enfermería para satisfacer las necesidades de las unidades de atención hospitalaria.
  • Asiste al Director en el mantenimiento de toda la documentación relacionada con las prácticas de dotación y programación.
  • Toma decisiones rentables utilizando un modelo de dotación escalonada.
  • Prepara y mantiene hojas de cálculo y documentación sobre la dotación suplementaria.
  • Demuestra habilidades de comunicación efectivas y actúa como enlace para los Servicios de Enfermería en las comunicaciones internas y externas.
  • Mantiene el crecimiento y desarrollo profesional a través de la asistencia a programas educativos y capacitaciones.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Se prefiere experiencia en el sector salud con conocimiento de sistemas informáticos de dotación y programación.
  • Son esenciales habilidades efectivas de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
  • Son esenciales habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación excelentes.
  • Se prefieren habilidades generales en computación de oficina.
