Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work under the supervision of experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and adults with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders in clients.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Therapy Services: Provide high-quality therapy services to clients in individual and group settings, promoting effective communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
