We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to join our team at Physician Empire. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to underserved communities in Southern California.
Role OverviewThis outpatient community clinic is focused on delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing the healthcare needs of our patients, utilizing evidence-based procedures and standardized protocols.
You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of medical professionals, including PCPs, NPs, RNs, Pediatricians, OB-GYNs, specialists, LCSWs, mental health professionals, case managers, health educators, registered dietitians, and LVNs. Our team strongly values bilingualism in English and Spanish, as it enables us to deliver care to patients who may have limited English proficiency.
Job Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients' healthcare needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide primary care and chronic disease management services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid medical license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $230,000 to $265,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
