- Education: Graduation from an accredited school.
- Certifications: May be required based on facility requirements.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
- Communication Skills: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Patient Care: Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as ordered with proper documentation.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure.
- On-Call Responsibilities: Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
- Cleanliness and Supplies: Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Patient Transportation: Transport patients as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
- Technical Skills: Ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
- Cognitive Demands: Manage frequent interactions with the public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure.
