We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at The Accident Guys, a leading personal injury law firm in California. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the success of our cases.
About the Job:
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our firm.
- The successful candidate will have prior experience as a paralegal or similar role, with a strong understanding of personal injury law and relevant statutes, codes, and court rules.
- You will be responsible for managing client information, assisting attorneys through the litigation process, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client information and maintain accurate records, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings and motions, as well as other documents related to the case, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Keep clients informed throughout the discovery process, ensuring clear and timely communication, and building trust with our clients.
- Coordinate with attorneys to prepare pre-trial binders and exhibits, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure.
- Maintain constant communication with all parties related to the case, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or similar role, preferably in personal injury law.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines effectively, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues, and a keen eye for detail.
