Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring timely and accurate billing. The ideal candidate will have experience with G702 and G703 billing, waivers using CMiC software, and contract and waiver experience from a GC or Subcontractor.

Creative Financial Staffing works with privately held companies in the commercial contractor space, servicing clients such as Walmart store construction, rebuild, and distribution centers. Our client values a friendly environment with an open-door policy and offers a 90-person size General Contractor with locations in Gurnee and NY.

Job Description
  • Billing management: Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices.
  • Waivers: Utilize CMiC software to manage waivers effectively.
  • Draw preparation: Prepare and distribute draws according to project requirements.
  • Financial statement preparation: Create monthly financial statements for review.
  • Bank account reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of company bank accounts.
  • General ledger reconciliation: Reconcile general ledgers on a regular basis.
  • Payroll processing: Manage payroll duties efficiently.
Requirements
  • Contract and waiver experience from a GC or Subcontractor.
  • Familiarity with CMiC software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
