As a Senior Analyst, Design and Commercial, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company's commercial lines business. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with actuarial leads to develop and implement pricing strategies for the North America Design Professional and Commercial E&O underwriting teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of pricing models, including the selection of base loss ratios, profitability studies, and segmentation.
  • Enhance the MI reporting capabilities of the Design Professional and Commercial E&O pricing team.
  • Conduct deal-specific pricing for large accounts and provide ad hoc analysis to guide underwriting, risk, and actuarial decision-making.

Requirements

  • Recommended: experience in non-life insurance pricing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to different audiences.
  • An innovative thinker with a focus on quality and integrity, proven actuarial experience, and coding skills in R, VBA, and/or SQL.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop.
