Banking Professional

Catskill Hudson Bank is seeking a skilled Banking Professional to join our team at the Ellenville Branch. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in cash handling.

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Assist with training and mentoring junior tellers, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Work collaboratively with other banking professionals to achieve team goals and objectives

• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with banking software and technology
• Ability to work well in a team, mentoring junior tellers and promoting a culture of excellence
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings
• Prior 3+ years of experience in a banking or financial institution is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
