Remodeling Expert

Midwest Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remodeling Specialist to contribute to our team's success.

• Perform construction remodeling tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and general carpentry work.
• Remove popcorn ceilings to prepare surfaces for further renovation work.
• Perform basic painting techniques, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing's.
• Measure, cut, and install baseboards to enhance the aesthetics of rooms.
• Carpentry will include framing, installing structures, and repairing wooden components.
• Install closet doors, ensuring functionality and alignment.
• Install lighting fixtures safely and securely.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, including pipe installation, leak repairs, and fixture replacements.
• Inspect and correct any imperfections in the renovation project before completion.
• Apply knockdown texture to walls and ceilings for a textured finish.

• Driver License.
• Employment Authorization Documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
• Keep tools and materials clean and organized daily.
