The Archibus Analyst at V2X will act as a pivotal resource for our government clientele, providing expertise in the application, adaptation, and integration of software solutions utilized in facilities management and the oversight of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and testing ARCHIBUS Web Central applications, including Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
  • Offering expert guidance on methodologies and solutions for the integration of applications and data pertinent to the management of complex facilities.
  • Facilitating the execution of approved strategies concerning the utilization and integration of facilities management applications and data.
  • Engaging with clients to assess their information requirements and functional specifications.
  • Creating and documenting technical specifications based on client needs.
  • Employing industry-standard software and programming techniques to enhance ARCHIBUS functionality.
  • Supporting the customization of database structures, SQL scripts, and stored procedures as necessary.
  • Assisting in the development of real-time and batch interfaces with external databases.
  • Integrating ARCHIBUS with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for effective use of floor plan designs.
  • Communicating project objectives and timelines to management and stakeholders.
  • Providing domain expertise in specific software development areas.
  • Contributing to the creation of user documentation, including guides and whitepapers.
  • Offering insights into project timelines and software development tracking tools.

Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. A TS/SCI clearance is also necessary. Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Experience:
Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in facilities operations, planning, or management.
  • At least three years of development experience in Java, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with ARCHIBUS IWMS, Autodesk AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with Web Central APIs.

Skills:
Candidates should exhibit:

  • Proficient knowledge of Oracle databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.

Desired Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have:

  • A professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications as an Autodesk Professional in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Apache Tomcat and Web Logic.
  • Familiarity with Lisp and React programming languages.
