Job Summary

This LPN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for caregivers. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of clinical experience
  • Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population
  • A valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • The ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • The ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
  • Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities
