Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and malfunctioning fixtures.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining solutions clearly and professionally.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state regulations.
