Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our dealer network, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and service existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and its key players.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
