Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit commitment, diligence, integrity, and friendliness.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure reliable transportation for daily commutes.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively.
  • Assist the General Manager in fostering team collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor a team independently.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic team atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members.

Additional Duties:
  • Maintain professionalism with all customers.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and positively.
  • Be prepared to open or close the establishment in accordance with company standards, including managing nightly inventory and cash control.
  • Be open to coaching for advancement into higher management roles.
  • Execute all Shift Management responsibilities and operational tasks.
  • Adhere to daily cleaning protocols.
  • Ensure a safe and organized environment for both staff and patrons.
