Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Alice Hyde Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
- BSN degree or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
