About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Town Pump. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms to Town Pump's operational standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
  2. Cart Management: Prepare and maintain housekeeping carts according to Town Pump's guidelines.
  3. Communication: Report room condition and status to head housekeeper and/or front desk staff in a timely manner.
