Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Attendant Lead to join our team at Asbury Communities. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of meal service, including taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Support the dining team in setting up and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Engage with residents and customers, building relationships and becoming familiar with their preferences.
- Record and maintain accurate logs of meal counts, dishwasher temperatures, and other relevant data.
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Full-time position with a schedule of 10:30am-7:00pm, split weekends.
- Competitive hourly rate of $16.00.
