Job Summary

Butler Medical Transport is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Vehicle Operator (EVO) to join our team. As an EVO, you will play a critical role in providing safe and timely transportation of patients to medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to medical facilities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate emergency vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and ready for transport
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to drive company vehicles with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of a state-sponsored EVOC course or ability to complete company-provided course
  • Ability to obtain a Public Service Commission License (PSC)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to pass a lift test of pounds
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Compensation

$16-$20 per hour
