Salary: $30.64-$34.92 per hour

As a New Graduate Nurse Residency, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care in our Perioperative Department, Patient Care Unit, Operating Room, and Emergency Department. You will work under the direction of the Department Manager or Team Leader to assess, plan, organize, and evaluate all aspects of patient care for assigned units/patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to participate in a nurse residency program to enhance your current degree and skill set.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current state license as a registered nurse; current CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications per policy
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds while administering patient care
  • Visual acuity to correctly distinguish skin tone variations, evidence of IV infiltration, infection, and to read telemetry, blood pressure gauges, etc.
