Role Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will be instrumental in upholding the healing mission of our organization. Your responsibilities will include assessing and evaluating patients, as well as developing and implementing tailored physical therapy treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques and exercise modalities as directed by physician referrals.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation medical director, physician leadership, and nurse practitioners to assess, plan, and evaluate our pelvic health services.
Additionally, you will partner with staff and marketing teams to deliver educational programs to the community.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and hold a valid Indiana Physical Therapy License. BLS certification is required within six months of employment.
