Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.

  • Theatre Operations: Execute systems and processes that keep the theatre running smoothly, including managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Leadership: Follow direction of the theatre and corporate management teams, and contribute to the development of strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and team-focused environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess the ability to coach associates to provide exceptional guest service and bring enthusiasm to work each day.
  • Business Acumen: Have a basic understanding of business operations, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with theatre operations software and systems, including point-of-sale, inventory management, and scheduling tools.
