Academy Offering:

MHI's 8-week paid training program is designed for individuals from all backgrounds, focusing on practical skills and real-world applications. Our industry experts will introduce you to aviation maintenance, safety protocols, aerospace hand tools, non-destructive testing, and hands-on structural (sheet metal) repairs.

As an Academy member, you'll be compensated and receive full benefits during the training program, ensuring a focus on learning without financial worries. The anticipated hours are Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, day shift.

Requirements for Success:

  • Pass a drug test, a criminal background check, and a physical exam.
  • Possess the following qualities:
  • Reliable
  • Punctual
  • Follow instructions given.
  • Able to work with checklists.
  • Demonstrate precision in how you think and work with your hands and/or tools.
  • Possess curiosity for mechanical parts & features.
Be comfortable with shift work.
