Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of cash and coin transactions
  • Count and verify all cash and coin transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork, including cash count sheets and bank summary sheets
  • Ensure that all cash handling equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to cash handling
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our banking and cash handling processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in cash handling or banking preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
