Job Title: Lash Artist and Licensed Esthetician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lash Artist and Licensed Esthetician to join our team at the Milagro Spa, located within the Genesis Health Clubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare facials, waxing, and specialty body treatments to promote clear, glowing, healthy skin, overall wellness, and rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare experiences tailored to each client's needs and preferences
  • Deliver high-quality facials, waxing, and body treatments using various skincare techniques
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct
  • Work effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide excellent communication skills
  • Adhere to Spa service protocols and maintain client documentation
  • Attend training, education, meetings, and events to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Esthetician or Cosmetologist certification/license required
  • Experience working with and/or knowledge of the Dr. Gross Skincare line
  • Relevant experience preferred (at least 1 year working in a spa or salon setting)
  • Profound understanding of various esthetic techniques and willingness to train on our Milagro Spa protocols and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
