Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering design and development, with a focus on product innovation and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing new products and product enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Conducting design for manufacture assessments to ensure lean manufacturing principles are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of engineering experience required.
  • Experience with plastics and fiberglass highly preferred.
  • New product development experience preferred.
