We are seeking to recruit a Plumbing Service Technician to become a vital part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home service tasks.
- Educate and assist clients effectively.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure the overall success of operations.
- Maintain quality standards on all assignments.
- Strategically plan and communicate to prevent issues and resolve any emerging challenges.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- Keep job sites organized and maintain a well-stocked service vehicle.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, timecards, and feedback.
- Exhibit excellent attendance.
- Be open to working overtime when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and address construction-related issues, providing innovative solutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with the superintendent.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Possess appropriate tools for the job.
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
- Capacity to handle a physical workload of up to 70 pounds.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
