Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Research and resolve complex technical issues with our products, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Field Service, to provide seamless support to customers.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to Tier-2 teams, ensuring continuity of support.
- Process orders and returns accurately, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Enter data into ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist outside sales teams with customer inquiries, order tracking, and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain documentation and approvals for orders, ensuring audit compliance.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably supporting sales teams or in the medical device industry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving technical issues via phone.
- Experience with SAP D365 or Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and professional demeanor.
