As a Medical Director for Geriatric Care with NOW Healthcare Recruiting, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to our geriatric patients. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician or Geriatrician to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine and geriatrics, with experience working with diverse patient populations. You will be responsible for overseeing the care of our geriatric patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and more. Our competitive salary range is $200,000-$230,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional stipends for fellowship training, relocation, and adult medicine rounding. Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible four-day onsite week with 34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours per week. You will have the opportunity to provide geriatric consults, home visits, nursing home rounding, and curricular/didactic teaching, as well as participate in backup call, typically 1-2 times per month.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mission-minded and experience working with diverse patient populations
  • Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine and geriatrics, with a current medical license in Massachusetts
  • Spanish speaker needed
