About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Technologist to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our Interventional Radiology Department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of interventional procedures, including arterial and venous interventions, contrast studies, and complicated procedures such as stenting and cerebral coiling.
  • Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with the training and evaluation of radiology students, as applicable.
  • Interface effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Two-year program or four-year BA program in Radiology Technology followed by training in interventional procedures.
  • American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) certification or registry eligibility with completion of examination within one year of hire.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start date.
  • Minimum of one year of hospital department experience in arterial and venous interventional radiology.
