Bartender - Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment.
• Restock supplies, including liquor, beer, and mixers, as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in a bartending or hospitality role.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of mixology and ability to prepare a variety of drinks.
