Position Summary:

In this role, you will enhance the blood collection operations by overseeing the management of supplies and equipment essential for the blood collection process. Your duties will encompass the procurement, distribution, and upkeep of supplies, along with the delivery and retrieval of materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee blood collection equipment and supplies
  • Conduct inventory assessments and place supply orders
  • Engage positively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in operating blood collection vehicles

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 2:00am-11:00am
  • Variable schedules may be necessary to accommodate donor and community requirements
  • Work schedules will be provided 2-3 weeks in advance

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience in customer service and strong communication skills are essential
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
  • Physical capability to lift weights, reach, bend, and handle tools and chemicals
  • Basic computer proficiency is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in inventory management is advantageous
