Salad and Sandwich Artisan

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salad and Sandwich Artisan to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
• Ensure that every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Meet speed and accuracy goals, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in the kitchen.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting your manager and colleagues in achieving our business objectives.

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
