**Job Summary:**

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centered care to our smallest patients. Our NICU is equipped to handle even the most critically ill newborns, offering advanced imaging, breathing and heart monitoring, ventilators, oxygen, and IV therapy.

**Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the NICU.
  • Utilize the nursing process through technology, therapeutic interventions, evidence-based practices, and coordination with other healthcare team members.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 year of NICU RN experience.
  • Ability to obtain a BSN within four years of hire, unless you have at least 15 years of proven, continuous acute care RN experience.
