Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Prepare children for kindergarten by introducing them to organized education using our curriculum.
  • Assist with daily childcare tasks, including feeding, changing, and nap time.
  • Maintain open and interactive communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
  • Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older (16 years old in some states) under licensing standards.
  • High school diploma or GED required for Teacher positions.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience or related degree/certification required for Assistant Director role and above.
