We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on health management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in the medical record.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
