Night Auditor

Midas Hospitality is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel in Wentzville, MO.

• Reconcile all business transactions at the hotel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Check-in guests and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Closing out the day for both the Front Desk and F&B computer systems, ensuring all paperwork is completed and accurate.
• Run reports for the previous day's business, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Make, confirm, and cancel reservations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Handle accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through operation of the FD computer system and completion of reports required to ensure company funds are secure.

• One year of cash handling experience, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
• One year of experience at a Front Desk position in a hotel, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
