Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Operate Heavy Equipment: You will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy construction equipment, including backhoes, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and rollers, to perform tasks such as digging footers, trenching, and grading.
  • Perform Site Preparation Tasks: You will be responsible for performing site preparation tasks, including clearing and grading land, to prepare it for construction.
  • Adhere to Safety Policies: You will be responsible for adhering to safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment and following safety protocols.
  • Complete Daily Job Reports: You will be responsible for completing daily job reports, including documenting equipment usage and any issues that arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience in operating heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and rollers.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
  • Lifting Ability: You must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions.
  • Microsoft Products: You must have experience with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
