Emergency Department Nurse

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other disciplines, to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and skills, adhering to current standards of practice
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or acute care
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within 6-12 months of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
