Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part-Time Teller I to join our team at Pinnacle Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with accessing safe deposit boxes, processing mail and night drop transactions, and maintaining files as required.
• Balance teller drawers at the end of each shift and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
