Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at our Kent Station location. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance: Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and execute in-store business and sales strategies in partnership with the Store Manager.
  2. Culture Development: Establish and communicate clear expectations, hold store team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards, and control payroll and supply budget.
  3. Operational Excellence: Perform and oversee basic operational activities such as scheduling, target shrink audits, physical inventory, opening and closing duties, time sheet review, and payroll accuracy documents, and merchandise flow processes.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns, maintain consistent client communication through utilization of customer book, rewards program participation, and customer capture sign up.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills; ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
